iPark acts as a technology provider. We do not own or operate the parking facilities unless explicitly stated.

  • iPark is not liable for any damage, loss, or theft of vehicles or personal property left in vehicles.
  • Parking fees and charges are determined by the facility or partner and are subject to change.

4. Payments

If applicable, payments for parking or other services may be processed through third-party payment gateways. You agree to pay all charges associated with your use of the service.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, iPark (ParkoBots Private Limited) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
